The following updates were made to the Flows page:
-
You can now organize flows into folders.
-
Click the blue plus sign button and New Folder to create a folder.
-
Click the move icon in the Manage column to add a flow to a folder.
-
You can also nest sub-folders into a parent folder. Use the move icon in the Manage column to add a sub-folder into a parent folder.
-
-
When you select multiple flows, the Bulk Actions drop-down appears above the flows table.
-
You can copy multiple flows, move multiple flows into a folder, or move multiple folders into one parent folder.
-
-
You can now add tags to your flows or folders.
-
Click the tags icon in the Manage column to add a new tag or view any tags previously assigned to your flow.
-
You can then use the search bar to find all flows with the same tag.
-
-
-
The overall flow Configurations Panel now includes a Versions section.
-
Here you can access up to ten versions of your flow (i.e., one deployed version and nine saved versions).
-
The most recent version of your flow is labeled Current.
-
The most recently deployed version of your flow is labeled Deployed and outlined in green.
-
At any time, you can restore or delete a previous version (i.e., one of the nine saved versions).
-
The History section of the overall flow Configurations Panel was also updated to include additional version details (i.e., deployed version, current version, and restore capability).
Note: For flows deployed before this change, you won't see the Deployed label in the History section until you save and deploy your flow again.
-
-
The Audio Library page and Audio Settings pop-up were updated to include new audio playback functionality.
-
You can now Pause or Stop playing an audio file.
-
A progress bar shows the total duration of the file (on the right).
-
The timestamp (on the left) indicates your progress when you playback an audio file.
-
Click and drag the progress bar to skip to a specific section of the file.
-
-
When adding a new audio file, a warning message will appear if your file name matches the name of a previously uploaded file. You can then choose to replace the exiting file or rename your new file.
-
You can now drag and drop variables into a Text-to-Speech message on the left side of the Audio Settings pop-up.
Note: You must first type your TTS message into the text box on the right side of the pop-up and click the plus sign button. Once your initial message appears on the left side, you can drag and drop variables into it.
-
The Available Variables section now includes a search box. You can search for an exact variable or perform a partial search to find similar variables.
-
An error message now appears if a space is included in the Variable input field for the Switch and Condition actions.
-
The following updates were made to the Switch action Value input field:
-
The Value text box was expanded to display four digits.
-
When setting values for the DateTime.currentTime variable, only military values will display (e.g., if you increase the value 2059, the next value will be 2100).
-
-
You can now create custom variables for the Menu Tree and Press or Say actions.
-
Click the Set Custom Variable check box and then add your variable to the text box. You can then use your custom variable downstream in your flow with subsequent actions.
Note: Spaces or $ cannot be included in your custom variable.
-
-
Flows beginning with the Schedule trigger action now include system date/time variables in the Available Variables section.
-
A confirmation pop-up now appears if you delete your Time Zone location settings in the overall flow Configurations Panel.
Note: If you delete your location and don't provide a new one, the flow will revert to the default GMT time zone.
-
If you connect an action to the On Voice Message exit port of the Dial action but didn't select the VM Detection check box input, a pop-up message will appear alerting you that the VM Detection check box has been automatically selected for you. Likewise, if you select the VM Detection check box and do not have any follow up actions connect to the On Voice Message exit port, a pop-up message will appear alerting you that an action should be connected to that port (or your flow will end when the call reaches voicemail).
-
The List Lookup action was updated to successfully pull data from a list even if the column is obfuscated in List Management.
-
The information pop-up next to the List Lookup Look for exact match check box was updated to emphasize that, if the check box is selected, an exact match will be found.
-
The Unsaved Changes pop-up message now appears when you try to navigate away from a flow after removing an action and not saving.
-
You can click Exit Without Saving to reverse your changes, click Save As to create a new version of your flow, or click Save to confirm your changes to the current version of the flow.
-
-
When you deploy a flow, you will now see a message that your flow is in the process of deploying and you cannot make any updates to your flow until the deployment is complete.
Note: If you try to deploy the same flow twice (e.g., if your flow was open in multiple tabs) you will see a "Deployment already started" error message.
-
An error causing a new flow or flow update to take longer than expected to become live after being deployed was resolved.
-
An error preventing flow updates from appearing immediately in the action specific Configurations Panel was resolved. Previously, you would have to click on the board and then reselect the action for the latest flow updates to be reflected in the action specific Configurations Panel.
-
An error preventing variables from being added to the Send To input field of the Send SMS action was resolved.
-
An error causing the search box on the Number Assignment page to malfunction when searching by Label was resolved. Previously, if you entered a label followed by the enter key in the search box, no results would be found.
-
When you Restore a previous flow version, any specific User IDs included in the Sharing section of the overall flow configurations for that version will also be restored. Previously, any added User IDs were removed when the prior version was restored.
-
An error causing the incorrect flow Sharing selection to appear in the Configurations Panel was resolved. Previously, if you updated the Sharing section to Public or Shared with Specific People, and clicked the Save button, the Sharing configuration would reset to Private.
