The Press or Say action Next Gen Voice toggle is now available. Use this toggle to enable Text-to-Speech (TTS) streaming, improve latency within your flow, and access greater customization for audio messages within your flows.

If you enable this toggle, additional new fields will appear and will vary depending on which Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) Vendor you select.

When you enable the Next Gen Voice toggle:

The Enable Voice Input toggle disappears.

When you click the Allow Interrupt check box, the Sensitivity Level drop-down will not appear.

After you select the Vendor, you will need to choose an applicable Language from the drop-down list.
Note: If your Vendor is Google - GDF, the Language will automatically default based on your chosen Project ID.

When you configure TTS messages, you will only see "Microsoft" and "Google" in the Audio Settings pop-up Vendor drop-down list,

If you select the Advanced Configuration toggle, additional App and mrcp fields appear. Select the appropriate TTS or ASR app and use the model text bx to send raw XML data.
Note: When this check box is selected, some of the other input fields will disappear (Vendor, Language, etc.).

When assigning a number to the Inbound SMS/MMS action or adding a number to the Send SMS/MMS action Send From field, you can now only assign a number with SMS functionality enabled.

A check box will not appear next to any numbers without SMS provisioning on the Choose Number or Number Assignment pop-up

The Available Variables section now appears in the Configurations Panel for the Condition and Switch actions.

SmartFlows Administrators can delete any flow or folder under their account, regardless of the original flow creator or it's sharing settings.

The following bugs were resolved:

An error causing flows not to appear when opening a folder containing many flows was resolved. All flows now appear in their assigned folder, as expected.

Previously, when configuring a List Lookup action, a new blank values to return row was erroneously created after navigating away from the action, causing an error. This issue was resolved, and blank rows are no longer created automatically.

An error causing all number associated with an account to appear on the Number Assignment page, even when they were not enabled for use with SmartFlows, was resolved. Now, only numbers that are CPaaS enabled appear on the Number Assignment page as expected.
