You can now include a profanity filter unique to your SmartCommunicator account.
-
By default, a profanity policy is not in place for inbound or outbound messages. Should your team decide to include one, it can completely block any message that meets the profanity criteria or obfuscate specific words that meet your criteria.
-
If a message is blocked for profanity, a red icon appears next to the message along with an inappropriate content message.
-
-
On the Supervised Inbox tab, managers can now mute or unmute notifications for specific inboxes.
-
Managers will see a bell icon on the right of each inbox tile to mute or unmute notifications for that inbox.
-
By default, all inboxes are muted. Click on the bell to unmute.
Note: Even if an inbox is muted, the red notification counter will still appear on the left side of the muted inbox.

The following API updates are available:
-
You can now deprovision a Supervised Inbox number when offboarding an agent, making sure the number is available and can be reassigned as needed.
-
The Retrieve Agent Information endpoint was updated to include Supervised Inbox and Shared Inbox details (when applicable for the given agent).
-
The Retrieve Registered Phone Numbers endpoint was updated to include details about the agent the number is assigned to.
-
-
Admins can now tag templates to specific user groups.
-
Associate a template with a specific brand to make sure it's only available for the correct audience.
-
If a template is not tagged, it will be available for all users under your account.
-
-
The Settings tab is available for select accounts.
-
If this feature is enabled, users will see a new Settings tab in the navigation at the top of the app. Here users can create their own individual templates to standardize their messages.

When searching by a contact name in the search bar on the Supervised Inbox and Shared Inbox tabs, a bug incorrectly returned no results. This issue was resolved, and the search functionality now works as expected for contact names.
-
When you copy and then paste information within a text field in SmartFlows, any extra leading or trailing spaces will automatically be removed. This ensures the extra spaces do not cause any unexpected issues downstream in your flow.
-
The following bugs were resolved:
-
Extra leading or trailing spaces are now automatically removed from flow tags.
-
When using a tracking protection browser extension, SmartFlows now loads as expected. Previously, tracking protection tools blocked SmartFlows from opening.
-
An error causing previously selected actions to remain highlighted when a new action is added to the board was resolved. The newly added action is now highlighted as expected.
-
A bug caused a mismatch between Menu Tree displayed exit ports and the Menu Digit options when a Menu Digit was deleted. Previously, exit ports would still display when a Menu Digit was deleted and no longer appeared in the Configurations Panel. This issue was resolved, and the exit ports are now updated as expected.
-
If you attempt to deploy a flow containing a list management action without a valid list selected, a warning message now appears, and you must update your flow before deploying.
-
If you attempt to deploy a flow containing any audio action (Play Audio, Menu Tree, Transfer, etc.) without valid audio assigned, a warning message now appears, and you must update your flow before deploying.
-
If you copy an audio action from one flow to another, the previous Channel field and other audio selections no longer persist and must be reconfigured in the new flow before you can deploy. Previously, persisting audio settings did not produce an error message and caused the flow to fail unexpectedly.
-
When making a copy of a flow containing Jump From/To actions, jump configurations no longer persist and must be reconfigured in the new flow before you can deploy. Previously, persisting jump settings caused unexpected errors in the copied flows.
