When configuring variables via the Switch or Condition actions, and an initial variable was already created, if you create a subsequent variable the Variable value will automatically be pre-populated with the same values as the previous one.

• You can always modify the Variable value if you don't want it to be the same.

The Call Recording actions are now available for PCI customers.

Note: Teams must work with the AI and Data groups to enable redaction controls for PCI customers.

The following bugs were resolved:

• Previously, when multiple actions were selected in some flow, the screen would unexpectedly auto-scroll causing the board to appear to move around unintentionally. This issue was resolved and auto-scrolling no longer occurs unexpectedly.

• The Reporting action Configurations Panel design was updates to ensure fields display as expected and with proper text wrapping. Previously, some fields would overlap or flow over the borders.
