-
The new Reporting action is now available.
-
Use this action to enable reporting within your flow. You can select between available KPIs and monitor flow performance.
-
On the Metadata and Metrics page, create and manage custom KPIs to use with the Reporting action.
-
-
Set port orientation at the flow level via the Invert Port Orientation toggle in the flow level Configurations Panel.
-
By default, this toggle is off and exit ports appear on the right side of an action. If this toggle is turned on, the exit port will appear on the left for all actions.
-
You can still change the port orientation for individual actions via the Invert Port Orientation toggle in the Action section of the individual action Configurations Panel. For example, if the flow level Invert Port Orientation toggle was on (so all actions have the exit ports on the left) and you turn on the Invert Port Orientation toggle for the Dial action, only the Dial action would have the exit ports on the right side of the action block.

Additional English Microsoft voices are now available.
-
Microsoft Dragon voices (e.g., "Ava Dragon HD Latest: English...") use Dragon speech recognition to enhance messages within a flow.
-
-
The following updates were made to the External Web Call action:
-
The Method field in the Request section now defaults to "POST".
-
When using a Basic Auth Authentication Type, you can now select "omit (no content type or body)" from the Content Type drop-down list.
-
If the omit option is selected, you don't need to provide any content with your request so the Body field will not appear.
-
-
If you are using a "GET" Method with Content Type "application/json", the Body field now appears.
-
You can include JSON content in the Body field or leave it blank. If the Body field is blank, an empty payload is sent.
-
-
-
The Percent Routing action now accepts variables in the Value field.
-
When you hover over the Connected Flow field(s) for the Jump From action, the flow Name associated with the Flow ID appears.
-
Google is now the default Cloud Vendor for the Sentiment and Speech Recognition actions.
-
The following bugs were fixed:
-
A scroll bar now appears in the Set action Configurations Panel, as necessary, when lots of or an especially long Value is entered. Previously, you could not scroll down in the Configurations Panel and some fields were unexpectedly cut off.
-
An error causing TTS messages not to play as expected after being updated was resolved. Previously, if a particular Vendor and Voice (different from the default flow configuration) were selected in the Audio Settings pop-up, and the Vendor was later changed to the “Default (flow settings)”, the change was not properly captured behind the scenes and no audio would play.
-
Pagination on the Flows page was updated to ensure empty pages do not appear. Previously, if flows were deleted, causing a page to be empty, the blank page would incorrectly persist (e.g., if you had four pages of flows and only one flow appeared on the last page, if you deleted that flow, a blank page “4” would incorrectly still be appear).
