How it Works

  • Customer enters account number
  • Passcode is sent to the user’s phone number on file
  • Customer enters passcode
  • The entry is verified
  • Customer is transferred to the Contact Center, and the account is marked as verified
  • When the call is transferred to an agent, the agent does not need to validate the customer
