Error Codes

The following error messages may appear while using the SmartCommunicator app:

1001

SmartCommunicator is not loading. Please try starting it again.

1002

The SMS side bar is not loading correctly. Please try restarting SmartCommunicator.

1003

The Call History side bar is not loading correctly. Please try restarting SmartCommunicator.

1004

Contacts are not loading correctly. Please try restarting SmartCommunicator.

1005

SmartCommunicator is taking a while to load. Please try restarting it.

2001

We're unable to send your text message (SMS). Please try again.

3001

We're not able to make your call. Please try again.

4001

We're not able to save your Contact. Please try again.

4002

We're not able to edit your Contact. Please try again.

4003

Looks like you already have that Contact saved. Try entering a different Contact name and save again.

  • If you are experiencing issues while using the app, you may need to clear your cache and restart Microsoft Teams. Check out this page for more information.

  • If your error persists, you may need to sign out of Microsoft Teams and sign back in. If your error continues to persist, please reach out to support@intelepeer.com for help.
