You can now add custom hold audio to the External Web Call action.

• Add a custom audio file or Text-to-Speech (TTS) message. Your audio will play on a loop until a response is returned.

  Note: If custom audio isn't added, default music will play until a response is returned.

An issue causing flows to stall after the External Web Call action when the Play hold music check box is selected was resolved. These flows now continue and/or end as expected.
