For CPaaS customers (non-Cisco), enhancements have been made to the Customer Portal > Billing & Payments page:

On the Billing & Payments page > Payments tab, you can view and pay your open balances at a per-invoice level, as well as view your CPaaS invoices. Any payments made to the invoice are automatically calculated and the new balance is displayed. Invoices with an open balance are displayed in the Select an Invoice menu; the open balance shows the default payment amount in the list.

In addition, links to CDR and MDR data, and the Summary report are available per invoice. The CDR and MDR data can be downloaded as a .csv file, and the Summary report appears in a pop-up window.

The Voice Services Call Report now includes domestic and international telephone (DID), and domestic and international toll-free numbers, along with Termination. For more information, check out Understanding the Voice Services Call Report.
