The following enhancements to the Press or Say Next Gen Voice feature are now available:

Configure text normalization with ElevlenLabs text-to-speech (TTS).

Normalization ensure TTS messages are red back as expected.

For example, “$2.32” is read as currency (no longer choking up the system), or the zip code “80111” is read aloud as “eight zero one one one” instead of “eighty thousand one hundred eleven”.

Google Speech Recognition is now available to use with Advanced Configuration ASR.

The following bugs were resolved:
-
An issue causing transcripts to be returned with “None” in the event interim results took too long to finalize and the Deepgram “UtteranceEnd” message was accepted as final without a transcript, was resolved.

Flows with a short Advanced Configuration TTS prompt that result in a single audio frame (e.g., “Hi”), incorrectly followed the “On Failure” path. This issue was resolved, and the flow now follows the expected path after a short TTS message.

The Solutions Hub is now available for DSO customers.

Use the Solutions Hub to view information about your account:

Dashboard: Interaction metrics are displayed in helpful graphics.

Locations: Details about locations associated with the account.

For example, a pet shop chain might have multiple physical locations and each would be listed on this page along with associated telephone numbers.

Admin: Information about your account users and an audit trail of their actions.

Click the icon on the Customer Portal homepage or the My Applications page to open the app.
