The Customer Portal has a new look and feel. All functionality remains the same, but you’ll notice a more modern and streamlined experience.
Note: For now, you can still switch back to the legacy version of the portal but on February 26th the option to switch back to the previous version will be removed.

On the Billing page, you’ll now see a section for Credit Memos, where you can view or download your memo.

You'll receive an email notification when a credit memo from the previous day is available.

Account administrators can now configure users to only have access to the configured portal landing page.
Note: If the Landing Page field on the User/Contact Details pop-up is set to “Homepage”, the user cannot be restricted to the landing page.

An error caused phone numbers associated with a MS Teams Package to unexpectedly have the Microsoft Teams Routing Enabled field set to “No”. This issue was resolved and the field is now updated to “Yes” as expected when a number is ordered onto a MS Teams Package.

A new Retrieve Inboxes endpoint is now available.

Calling this endpoint returns all of the Shared and Supervised Inboxes associated with your account and data associated with each inbox.

The Agent Onboarding endpoint was updated to accept the replaceSupervisors query parameter.

This parameter is optional and set to false by default, meaning any existing Supervised Inbox supervisors preserved and any new supervisors included in the request are added to the inbox.

When this parameter is set to true, any existing inbox supervisors are removed and any new supervisors included in the request are added to the inbox.

When a message is undeliverable due to the recipient not being opted in to receive messages, a red icon now appears next to the undeliverable message with an explanation that the customer has opted out appearing when you hover over the icon.

When you click the three vertical dots on the right side of the undelivered message, Resend will not appear in the drop-down list.

The following bugs were resolved:

On the Shared Inbox tab, when filtering to only “Show Open Cases” an error caused the “show more” option to appear at the bottom of the list erroneously. This issue was resolved and “show more” no longer appears when all cases are already displayed.

When multiple images were sent in one MMS, only the first image could be downloaded. This error was resolved and you can now navigate between multiple attached images to download them (click the three vertical dots to the right of a message and select the Download option).

Previously, when the name of an agent associated with a Supervised Inbox was updated via API (the Update a Single Agent endpoint), the updated name did not appear on the Supervised Inbox tab. This issue was resolved, and when agents are updated via API, the change appears in the app upon reloading the app.

The Supervised Inbox tab was updated to ensure the supervisor’s personal inbox appears at the top of the list on the far left, followed by the inboxes for their employees.

An error caused the Supervised Inbox tab to remain available after a user was removed from the inbox if the user had turned the inbox notifications on or off at any point. This issue was resolved and the Supervised Inbox tab is no longer accessible once a user is removed from the inbox.

The Global Defaults page is now available.
-
Here you can create default configurations and push them to all or specific locations.
Note: You can update default values on a specific location via the Locations page. A green “Customized” label will appear next to the field where the defaults are updated.

Additional English and Spanish voices are now available in the Prompting Select Voice drop-down list. You can configure these on the individual location level via the Locations page, or as a default voice via the Global Defaults page.
