The Insights Messaging dashboard has been updated to provide visibility into Delivery Receipts (DLRs), allowing for greater clarity into the status of your outbound SMS messages. Additionally, we've added more filtering capabilities. New widgets include:

• Messages with delivery requests (DLR)

• DLR status delivery disposition to customer

• DLR status distribution

New filtering capabilities help you narrow your searches to a specific status description.

Use cross-filtering and drill-down to isolate a single datapoint; the charts adjust to focus on the datapoint.
