- When an action is selected, Copy Action(s) and Delete Action(s) icons now appear to the right of the action. When an action is copied, all configurations are included and a “copied successfully” pop-up appears.

You can now multi-select actions within a flow. Use your keyboard shortcut (i.e., Ctrl) and click on multiple actions to copy/paste or delete the actions.

Assign an available resource (i.e., phone number, WhatsApp ID, or Facebook Page) to a flow without leaving the flow. Once your flow is deployed, click the Assign Number(s) button in the Inputs section to select the appropriate resource.

The flow Name, rather than Flow ID, now appears for Jump To in the list of available flows and the Navigate to section. Click the hyperlink in the Navigate to section to open the linked flow in a new tab.

The Add Flow Exit button is now available in the new Event Handler section in the flow configuration panel. Use this button to configure a post flow request (i.e., post call survey, API call, or notifications).

Use Default Error Audio to apply the same Timeout and Invalid settings across any audio configurations within a flow.
Note: Any configurations within an individual action will override the default flow settings.

Audio Library enhancements:

Upload multiple audio files to the library. Click the Choose File button and multi-select the audio files you want to add in the file explorer. All of the selected files are uploaded at once.
Note: The more files you select, the longer the upload process will take.

Click the blue Edit Audio icon in the Manage column to change the name of an audio file.

Click the green Download icon in the Manage column to download an audio file.

Within a flow, you can now name a new variable via the text box and click the plus sign to add it.

Within a flow, drag files from the Audio Library to the left side of the screen to add them to your flow.

Press or Say Inputs section enhancements:

The Number of Digits field was removed.

The Allow Spoken Input check box was removed.

The Allow Interrupt check box is now always visible. Previously the Allow Spoken Input check box had to be selected for the Allow Interrupt check box to appear.

The Sensitivity Level (%) field was removed.

The Vendor field was removed. The most appropriate vendor is now automatically selected behind the scenes based on your flow specifications.

Once the correct Language is selected from the drop-down list, the Input Type field appears. Available Input Type options are dependent on the selected language.

Termination Key is no longer a required field.

The Menu Tree Max Retries field was renamed Max Attempts. Max Attempts cannot be less than 1 or more than 10.

The Max Attempts field was added to the Record Response Inputs section. Max Attempts cannot be less than 1 or more than 10.
