Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available for added security. Administrators can set up 2FA under My Account. The administrator can choose for authentication codes to be sent through SMS, voice, or email.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available for added security. Administrators can set up 2FA under Enterprise Settings. The administrator can choose for authentication codes to be sent through SMS, voice, or email.
All Products (Termination, DID, and Toll-Free) are now added to the Voice Services Call Report filter by default. Previously, Products had to be manually added to the filter before running the report.
Tool tips are now available for each dashboard widget. Hover over the question mark icon on the widget to view the tool tip.
