Schedule your campaign to skip running on chosen days of the week. Within the Schedule Builder, select "None" from the time window options for each day of the week you don't want to contact the recipients.

International phone numbers can now be used by Starter, Professional, and Enterprise customers for voice campaigns. Free Trial and Event Type customers are restricted from dialing international numbers.

Use the Record Response action's Store recording input to retain caller responses. Recordings are stored in Amazon S3 and can be referenced later in your flow (e.g., with a Speech Recognition or Play Audio action) through the Audio Library.

When you upload multiple files to the Audio Library the operation completed message now includes all the file names.

The Caption field is not a required input for the Send WhatsApp action. Previously, an error message would appear if a caption was not provided for image messages.

Only one trigger action can be included in each flow. if multiple triggers are detected, an error message will appear when you save your flow and it cannot be deployed.
