  • The following Press or Say Next Gen Voice enhancements are available:

    • Frequently used Text-to-Speech (TTS) messages are now cached, decreasing latency.

    • You can automatically disable the Advanced Configuration smart_format parameter when certain key words are identified in a TTS message. This prevents negative performance on collecting date inputs.

      • Include "custom:named_tts_asr_overrides": ["dates"] in the overrides section of your configuration.

  • New system variables appear in the Available Variables section of the Configurations Panel and can be used throughout your flow:

    • $Flow.name: The name of the flow being executed.

    • $Flow.id: The ID of the flow being executed.

    • $Flow.actionId: The ID of the action being executed.

    • $Flow.version: The version number of the last flow deployment.

    • $DateTime.currentDateFormattedText: The timestamp in YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.SSSSSS format (e.g., 2025-12-05T10:02:53.789981).

    • $DateTime.formattedTimestamp: The timestamp in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2025-12-05).

    • $CustomerId: The customer ID under whose account the flow is built (e.g., 10######).

  • The following bugs were resolved:

    • When attempting to publish a new flow based on a template for the first time, an error caused the flow to only be saved when the Publish button was clicked for the first time. This issue was resolved, and the flow is now deployed as expected.

    • An issue preventing administrators from being able to override the External Web Call Timeout field in flows created by non-administrators was resolved.

 

  • The Location Details page was updated:

    • The location Name field cannot exceed 50 characters.

    • You can now add tags directly on the Location Details page.

    • Warning messages now appear if you enter a duplicate number in the Phone Number or Transfer Phone Number fields.

    • A warning message now appears if you try to navigate away from a new or edited record and have unsaved changes.

    • The log of location updates was improved.

  • An error causing the search box on the Location page not to return expected results was resolved. You can now search by full or partial address details and receive the correct results.
