Add hold music to the External Web Call action.

Click the Play hold music check box in the Inputs section and then select the appropriate channel from the Channel ID drop-down list. Default hold music will play until a response is received and your flow moves to the next action.

You can now configure audio to play while a caller is transferred.

From the Transfer action or default overall flow level Configurations Panel, open the Audio Settings pop-up. Use the Choose Wait Time Audio drop-down list on the left to select your audio.

Choose between:

Play ring tone: A default ringback tone will play while the caller is transferred.

Play hold music: A Text-to-Speech message or audio file of your choice will play while the caller is transferred.

Play silence audio: No audio will play while the caller is transferred.

The Send DTMF After Answer Input field (Dial and Transfer actions) was updated to limit input to 32 digits and interpret each comma as a one second pause.

An error causing calls to be handled unexpectedly when going through multiple Transfer actions was resolved.

An error causing Whisper audio associated with a Transfer action not to play when a private channel was also included in the flow was resolved.

An error causing some flows to behave unexpectedly when the Press or Say Allow Interrupt check box is selected was resolved.

An error causing some Collect DTMF actions to capture the incorrect Number of Digits was resolved.
