New Feature:

• New functionality to support administrative users who can manage multiple customer accounts on behalf of customers.

Bug Fixes:

• We fixed an issue where a user returning to the CPaaS Portal from SmartFlows or Engage was returned to a blank page. Now users will return to the Manage Numbers page.

• A bug that dropped users on the ‘phone number’ tab in the CPaaS Portal after placing an order for a different type of resource (one-way messaging, WhatsApp, Facebook) has been fixed.

• We fixed an accessibility issue where some icons in the CPaaS Portal were missing hover text.

New Feature:

• New stronger color contrast in form fields for Engage campaign creation page for better visibility by users with visual impairment.

Bug Fix:

• We fixed an issue where searching for a short code within the Engage and SmartFlows number search feature returned incorrect results.

The Voice Services dashboard drill down column “Call Minutes” now includes two decimal places for added granularity.

Call Duration in the SmartFlows dashboard is now two decimals places in widgets where it appears.

Other miscellaneous visual/naming improvements, and minor bug fixes.

New Features:

• We’ve added a new beta action called “Press or Say” that can be used to collect either DTMF or spoken input during a call.

• There’s now the ability to pass information into SmartFlows over SIP using the SIP UUI header.

• A more informative error message appears when a user attempts to deploy a flow with an incomplete Regex match expression.

Bug Fixes:

• Custom variables in the Switch action are no longer being renamed when the action was saved.

• We fixed an error that occurred when users attempted to save and deploy flows.

• A bug that prevented audio files from playing within the audio library or a SmartFlow in the CPaaS Portal has been fixed.

• A bug that inadvertently defaulted the set value field to “custom” in place of the user entry when the set action was saved has been fixed.

• We fixed an issue causing an error using SSML tags with Amazon Polly.

• A flow cloned from a deployed flow will no longer display the ‘undeploy’ button as though it had been deployed even though the cloned flow had never been deployed.

• We fixed an issue with the test request feature on the external web call action.

• An issue where audio generated from text to speech in the CPaaS Portal was only working intermittently (when variables were present in the TTS) has been fixed.

• We fixed an issue with SSML in Amazon Polly that prevented the audio from playing in the live call despite playing appropriately in the preview UI.

• We fixed an accessibility issue where a user with a screen reader was unable to click the ‘Add New Flow’ button in SmartFlows.

• New validation has been added to prevent the user from connecting a ‘JUMP TO’ action to another ‘JUMP TO’ action.

• An issue where the user was not being allowed to change SET variables after a flow was saved and deployed has been fixed.

• We fixed an issue where the flows page was cutting off the last flow when the page was displayed at 100 percent.
