A Remove E911 endpoint is now available. Use this API to remove static E911 from one or more numbers under your account.

The "includeContent" parameter can be included with the Get Port Orders endpoint, reducing response time when documentation is not included by default.

You can now filter the Finance Billing Report by All Customers, IntelePeer Customers, or Esplicity Customers.

The following bugs were resolved:

If an invoice PDF is not initially found, the system will now try again and wait to send out the email until the PDF is available.

The invoice PDF may also be regenerated before being sent out to ensure an applied payment is correctly reflected in the PDF.

A time-out error was incorrectly displayed after clicking the Finance Billing Report Generate Report button, despite the report ultimately being created. A warning message now appears as expected, alerting that the report will take some time to generate and will automatically appear in the Reports tab.

The Manage Route button now displays as expected when you open a package under the Usage-based, UC Basic/P Bundle, and UC Basic/U Bundle sections. Previously, this button would not appear if your account had trunks.

A bug impacting bulk removal of dynamic 911 was resolved. You can now bulk update dynamic 911 enabled numbers as expected.

Users can now have read-only access to lists.

Read-only users can view lists but can't make edits.

Assign or update user roles to the List Management "read" Access Type via the User Management section of the Customer Portal.

New APIs were added, and existing endpoints were updated:

A new TN Registration endpoint is now available to view all numbers registered under your account.

A new Create Inbox endpoint is now available to create one or more inboxes.

The Agent Onboarding endpoint was updated to support bulk requests, Supervised Inbox features, and new agent fields.

The Offboard/Delete Agent endpoint, Update Agent endpoint, and Agent Inbox Assignment endpoint were updated to support bulk requests.

The following bugs were resolved:

An issue with long Shared Inbox load times was resolved. The Shared Inbox tab now loads as expected.

You no longer have to expand inboxes on the Shared Inbox tab to search messages within that inbox. Previously, a bug caused the search not to function as expected when inboxes were collapsed.

The "Manage Inbox" link no longer appears when you open a Shared Inbox notification in the Activity feed.

You can no longer include more than 1600 characters in the text box on the Messages tab. Previously, a bug unexpectedly allowed additional characters to be added to the text box in some cases.

The following updates were made to the GenAI IVA action:

The "Tool/Function" toggle was added. You can set your tool or function to autotrigger, and define details about your agent's tools or functions in the corresponding textbox.

The GenAI IVA generated variables now appear in the Available Variables section for downstream actions.

HTTP status ($GENAI_IVA_#.statuscode) and response body ($GENAI_IVA_#.responsebody).

Click the plus sign to the right of the Response Variables section to add more custom variables.

The following updates were made to the Metadata and Metrics page:

The Create datetime column appears on the far right of the table and lists the date and time the KPI was created (in UTC).

The table lists KPIs based on the Create datetime, from newest at the top to oldest.

On the Create KPI Definition pop-up, the Values field is now labeled Required Values (Optional), and "flow" is selected by default from the Source field.

A search box above the table allows you to search for a KPI by input in the Name, Source, Description, or Required Values fields.

The following updates were made to the Press or Say action:

When the Next Gen Voice toggle is on, Deepgram is the only option in the Vendor drop-down list.
Note: If you want to use a different vendor with Next Gen Voice, use the Advanced Configuration toggle to design your experience.

The Enhanced Error Handling toggle was removed.

You can now add parameters to the API trigger URL.
Note: Your URL parameters should only include alphanumeric characters unless special characters are encoded.

If you have one flow selected on the Flows page and create a new folder, a message appears to confirm if you want to move your selected flow into your new folder.

The following bugs were resolved:

An issue causing expected Detect Language and Translate variables not to appear or populate for downstream actions as expected was resolved.

If your flow includes two Counter actions with the same Variable Name a warning message now appears before you deploy, alerting you that the count will iterate instead of being separate counts.

An error causing Counter actions with the Variable Name "Counter" to appear with an unexpected label in the Available Variables section for downstream actions was resolved.

Press or Say Input Type options with duplicate behind the scenes ids caused some unexpected issues. This error was resolved, and each Input Type is now associated with a unique value.

In the Versions and History sections of older flows, the "Deployed" label now appears only when the flow is deployed again as expected. Previously, the label would unexpectedly also appear if an old flow was saved.
