New functionality is available for app administrators.

Admins will only see the Administrator menu option at the top of the app when using the desktop version of SmartCommunicator (not the mobile app).

Admins can create, edit, and deactivate shared inboxes.

You can view all the inboxes within your organization via the Shared Inbox Management section of the Administrator tab.

Use the search box at the top of the Shared Inbox Management page to find a specific inbox name, telephone number, or the person who created or most recently modified the inbox.

You can now also sort your inboxes by alphabetical mailbox name, telephone number in numerical order, etc. By default, your inboxes are organized with the most recent at the top.
