When you create a new 10DLC campaign or add numbers to a campaign, new Order Status labels appear providing more details about the inbound messaging status.
-
The new Order Status options are:
-
Set Inbound Messaging Configuration
-
Pending Inbound Messaging Configuration
-
Pending Manual Inbound Messaging Configuration
-
-
-
Cisco WebEx users no longer see the Compliance menu option.
-
The following bugs were resolved:
-
When you create a new 10DLC campaign and associate phone numbers with the campaign, the numbers are now reviewed to ensure they aren’t part of another order. If the number is already part of an active order, an error message will appear.
-
Previously, phone numbers were not checked for association with active orders and could erroneously be assigned to multiple orders.
-
-
An error causing some orders to fail when creating a new 10DLC campaign due to SMS enablement was resolved.
-
When creating a new 10DLC brand, an error caused some brand orders to fail unexpectedly and move to “Pending Manual Brand Vetting” Order Status. This issue was resolved, and brand orders are now processed as expected.
-
Phone numbers are now automatically normalized in the expected format and validated to confirm if they already exist when adding (or removing) them from a 10DLC campaign.
-
An issue causing some telephone number orders to erroneously jump straight to “Complete” Order Status was resolved.

The following Press or Say Next Gen Voice enhancements are available:
-
New parameters to improve Text-to-Speech (TTS) pronunciation:
-
Include the “spellnumbers” parameter to pronounce a digit string greater than 3 digits as numerical words. For example, “1234” would be pronounced as “one two three four”.
-
Include the “currencytowords” parameter to pronounce a digit string as currency. For example, “$1.29” would be pronounced as “one dollar and twenty nine cents”.
-
Include the “spellunits” parameter to pronounce a unit abbreviation as the full unit name. For example, “apt” would be pronounced as “apartment”.
-
Include the “spelltime” parameter to pronounce a digit string as a time. For example, “2:30 PM” is pronounced as “two thirty p.m.”.
-
Include the “ttscleanup” parameter to include the “spellnumbers”, “currentytowords”, “spellunits”, and “spelltime” parameters, with just one parameter instead of writing them all out in your configuration.
-
Include the “replaceplus” parameter to pronounce the plus sign (+) as “plus”. For example, “+1” would be pronounced as “plus one”.
-
Include the “language_code” parameter to ensure TTS messages are pronounced in the expected language.
Note: The “language_code” parameter is only compatible with the Flash2.5 and Turbo2.5 ElevenLabs models.
-
-
Use the “collapseletters” parameter to normalize the results of an interaction. This parameter joins together consecutive individual characters. For example, if a caller is spelling out their name, instead of “S a b r i n a” the exported input is “Sabrina”.
-
A bug causing the Confidence Score to not be captured as expected was resolved. The correct Deepgram Confidence Score is now captured and accurately reflected in the flow KPIs
