On the Supervised Inbox and Shared Inbox tabs, when you click Show More at the bottom of the conversations list, they now load as expected. Previously, an error sometimes caused conversations not to load or take a long time to appear

You can now select multiple action exit ports and connect them to the same action.

Press and hold the ctrl key (or command) and click each exit port you want to select and then click the action they should all connect to.

You can select multiple ports from the same action (e.g., you could connect the Transfer action On Hangup, No Answer, and On User Busy exit ports to the same Send SMS/MMS action, which sends a message when a caller doesn’t answer) or multiple ports from different actions (e.g., you could connect the On Failure ports for the Press or Say, External Web Call, GenAI IVA actions to the same Play Audio action, which includes an error message).

The following updates were made to the Press or Say action Next Gen Voice feature:

Default configurations now appear in the Advanced Configuration, mrcp_model field.
Note: Defaults only appear for the “BasicAsrV1” and “BasicTtsV1” App options at this time.

The mrcp_model field is now validated to confirm you used correct JSON syntax. If any issues are detected an error message is displayed.
Note: You can still save and deploy your flow with JSON syntax errors, but we recommend updating your configuration to ensure your flow works as expected.

Previously, a bug caused errors with the Reporting action capturing KPIs when some special characters were included in the configuration. This bug was resolved, KPIs are successfully captured, and the flow proceeds as expected.
