Supervised Inboxes can now be configured.

A Supervised Inbox allows an individual user and one or more of their managers to message customers from one number. Included managers can view and respond to messages, as needed.

Supervised Inbox users will see a new tab at the top of the app and won't see the Messages or Calls tabs.
Note: If you are a manager with a personal SmartCommunicator phone number and associated with a Supervised Inbox, or in the rare case you are a users with two numbers associated with your account (i.e., one personal and one for the Supervised Inbox), you will see all of the tabs relevant to your account (i.e., Messages, Calls, and Supervised Inbox).

Contacts can also be managed on the Supervised Inbox tab, similar to the functionality on the Messages tab for default users.
