The following updates were made to Press or Say action Next Gen Voice functionality:
-
"Google-GDF" is an available Next Gen Voice vendor.
-
Select "Google-GDF" from the Vendor drop-down list, and Google specific fields will appear (e.g., the Project ID field is required). Or configure a custom experience with Google-GDF capabilities using the Advanced Configuration toggle.
-
-
Ampersand symbols (&) used in TTS variables are automatically converted to "and", to avoid any potential pronunciation issues.
-
If the Advanced Configuration toggle is enabled and you're using the Deepgram nova-3 ASR model, you can now include keyterms in your configuration.
-
Keyterms ensure words or phrases that are important to your use case and may be easily misunderstood (such as industry terminology, product names, etc.), are automatically corrected to the expected word/phrase.
-
For example, if "teeth cleaning" was often incorrectly being interpreted as "teeth cloning", adding a keyterm for "teeth cleaning" would ensure the system automatically corrects this mistake.
-
-
Each keyterm can be 32 characters or less and only the first 100 keyterms will be evaluated.
Note: We recommend avoiding special characters in your keyterms.
-
-
If the Advanced Configuration toggle is enabled and you're configuring ElevenLabs TTS, you can now include additional voice specifications.
-
Set the voice speed, stability, similarity, and/or style exaggeration.
-
If you don't include any of these specifications, default values will be used. For example, similarity is set to 100% by default unless otherwise specified.
