The Switched Number Translation app is now available for customers who only have Microsoft Teams numbers.

Click the Switched Number Translation tile on the home page or My Applications tab to add switched services to US Domestic or Toll-Free numbers.

There is no longer a limit for telephone numbers that SmartAgent customers can order at one time.

Previously, only five numbers could be ordered at once.

The following bugs were resolved:

Users with read-only permissions can only view lists and records within the List Management app.

Previously, read-only users could update, create, and delete List Management records.

US Domestic and International number orders no longer default to "Verizon" as the Current Local Carrier on the View Orders tab. The submitted Current Carrier/Provider is now retained as expected.

Bugs impacting bulk CNAM add/change orders and bulk removing Dynamic 911 from numbers in your Inventory were resolved.
