List Management APIs are now available to automatically upload and manage lists. You can:

Create a new list

Retrieve list elements (i.e., recipients)

Add an element to an existing list

Update a list element

Remove an element from a list

And more!

Lists used with SmartFlows can now be managed through the Lists menu option at the top of the CPaaS Portal. On the List Management page you can:

Add a new list
-
Update an existing list by adding or deleting list elements (i.e., recipients)

Delete a list

The Choose Number/Variable pop-up window was updated to include number labels and the Save Number button. After you click the check box next to the phone number you want to send your campaign from, click Save Number to confirm your selection, and then exit the pop-up window as usual.

Lists with empty fields can not be uploaded accurately, matching the corresponding CSV file. Previously, consecutive empty fields in the CSV file would result in list recipients being excluded from the list.

When creating a new list and electing to Create new headers, "phone" no longer automatically replaces the last heading name after the list is submitted.

The Update List page display was updated to ensure navigation buttons are visible at the bottom of each page when more than ten elements are included in your list.

Four new List Management actions are now available to dynamically manage list elements (i.e., recipients) directly from a flow:

The Add List Item action allows you to add a new element to a list.

The Delete List Item action allows you to remove an existing element from a list.

The List Lookup action allows you to lookup content in one or more fields from a list.
-
The Update List Item action allows you to make an update to the content in a list field.

Campaign Name ($campaignName) and List Name ($listName) are now Available Variables for flows triggered by the Campaign action.

The Termination Key Input field for Collect DTMF is now read-only and "#" by default.
