The following updates were made to SmartCommunicator APIs:

• You can now use the Update Agent endpoint to set an agent’s status (i.e., active, inactive, or offboarded/disabled).

• An empty string is accepted for optional fields when using the Agent Onboarding or Update Agent endpoints.

• The Agent Onboarding endpoint services parameter was changed from “enabledServices” to “enabled_services”.

• The Shared Inbox endpoints were updated to ensure URL consistency. All URLs now use “inboxes” instead of “sharedInboxes” (e.g., …/{customer_id}/inboxes/assignments).

• The Shared Inbox user assignments endpoint consistency parameter was changed from “consistencyId” to “consistency_id”.

A new account disabled screen appears when a disabled user tries to open the app.

The text box now appears a bit larger in the desktop and mobile versions of the app, ensuring consistency with other text boxes throughout Microsoft Teams.
