  • The following Press or Say enhancements are available:

    • When the Next Gen Voice and Advanced Configuration toggles are enabled, you can now include the barge feature.

      • Configure barge to be on or off and the associated sensitivity level when on.

    • If your flow includes the Press or Say action with the Next Gen Voice toggle enabled, a few basic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are now automatically created for you.

      • The default KPIs capture data like action, vendor, etc. depending on your Next Gen Voice configurations.

        Note: You can always create additional, custom KPIs via the Metadata and Metrics page.

    • Google TTS is available when the Next Gen Voice and Advanced Configuration toggles are enabled.

      • Configure streaming, batch, or adaptive TTS with Google supported voices and languages.

    • If your Advanced Configuration includes ElevenLabs TTS, you can now include a pronunciation dictionary.

      • The pronunciation dictionary specifies how words should be pronounced to ensure challenging words are pronounced correctly and more naturally.
