Previously, messages could not be sent from the app unless at least one contact was saved. This bug was resolved, and messages can now be sent when there are no saved contacts as expected.
Note: If you experience any issues while using the app, we recommend clearing the Microsoft Teams cache. After you clear the cache, restart the Teams app. For more information about clearing the cache, check out this page.
