The following updates were made to the Reporting action:

• The Available Variables section now appears at the top of the action Configurations Panel.

• The KPI drop-down list is ordered from newest to oldest created metrics.

• The Labels section was removed.

The following updates were made to the Create KPI Definition pop-up on the Metadata and Metrics page:

• A new option for a "String" was added to the Type drop-down list.

• The Values field is no longer required.

The following updates were made to the Press or Say action:

• When the Next Gen Voice toggle is enabled, Deepgram is now available in the Vendor list. After you select Deepgram, other vendor specific input fields appear (i.e., Utterance End and Endpointing).

• You can now use ElevenLabs text-to-speech (TTS) voices when the Next Gen Voice and Advanced Configuration toggles are enabled.

The following bugs were resolved:

• The intermittent bug related to Deepgram transcription duplication was resolved.

• When you drag and drop a file on the Audio Settings pop-up, the hand cursor icon appears as expected. Previously, an arrow and square icon would occasionally appear instead.

• The Metadata and Metrics page was updated to ensure functionality isn’t cut off when using a small browser window.

• If you copy a flow, pagination on the Flows page now reflects the new flow as expected. For example, if you have three pages of entries in the flows table and copying a flow creates a fourth page in the table, the new page is automatically created and the total number of pages is updated.
