Send DTMF

The Send DTMF action allows you to include a known DTMF value and automatically move to the next step in your flow.

Note: The functionality of this action is voice-related only.

The Send DTMF action could be used to efficiently route calls by including the extension number for a specific department or a meeting code for a conference call.

This action is very similar to the Dial action Send DTMF After Answer field.

Inputs

Input Name	Description
Enter DTMF	The known DTMF value needed to move to the next step in your flow. You can include digits (0 to 9), #, and . No more than 32 characters are allowed. Note*: Any commas in your DTMF value are translated to a one second pause.
Channel ID*	Select the channel audio will play on. *This is a required field.
