Getting Started with the Marketplace

Overview

From the Marketplace you can build a-la-carte applications in minutes. Configure no-code or low-code apps built on our CPaaS platform to upgrade your enterprise communications experience. Marketplace applications can be tailored to your specific business needs, just by answering a few simple questions, and immediately deployed.

No-Code Applications

These turn-key apps can be used to hit the ground running with our CPaaS offerings. Just follow along with the wizard to make a few selections and you’re ready to go.

Low-Code Applications

These apps are a bit more robust and provide easy integration with SmartFlows. Purchase your app, drag and drop the Smart Function into a new or existing flow, and configure the action inputs to meet your business needs.

 

Marketplace Applications

The following apps are available within the Marketplace:

  • Smart Routing: Configure this app to intelligently route voice calls based on percent allocation, day of the week, or time of day.

  • Auto Response: Configure this app to build automatic voice or SMS responses to customer inquiries.

  • Smart IVR: Configure this app to set up phone-tree menu options and associated audio.

  • Post-Call Survey: Configure this app to build a survey for customer feedback.

  • Digital Assistant: Configure this app to provide intelligent call routing based on natural language processing.

  • Payment Processing Connector: Configure this app to set up secure payments over the phone.

  • Business Continuity Planning: Configure this app to prevent any communication interruptions in the event of an unexpected issue or outage.

  • Two Factor Authentication: Configure this app to send an authentication token to your customers via SMS.

 

Some apps are free to use (Smart Routing, Smart IVR, and Auto Response), while the others can be purchased a-la-carte. Check out the Purchasing Applications section below for more details.

 

Accessing the Marketplace

Log in to your account through the Customer Portal (https://customer.intelepeer.com).

Note: You must have the new Standard CPaaS plan activated to access the Marketplace.

 

Under My Applications, click Marketplace. The Marketplace automatically opens on the My Applications tab.

Marketplace Tabs

You'll see three tabs within the Marketplace:

  • My Applications: The default tab when you open the Marketplace. From here you can configure apps.

  • Installed Apps: Your inventory of previously configured apps. From here you can edit an app, manage numbers assigned to your apps, perform advanced customization, and more.

  • Documentation and Resources: Click this tab to open the Marketplace Quick Start Guide and view other resources about the marketplace and available apps.

 

Purchasing Applications

Some of the apps are available for free, while others are available for purchase.

To buy an app, just click Buy on the appropriate tile. The app is available to use right away, and the “Purchased” banner will appear on the app tile.

Note: The app price is a monthly fee and you can build as many iterations of a purchased app as you need.
