Data Availability and Refresh Rate

Voice Services, Messaging, and SmartFlows

Insights data is kept for a rolling 3 years from the current date. As an Insights customer, you can access up to 3 years of data at a time within that timeframe.

Data Refresh Rates

Note: Records in our database are batch-loaded on a five- to eight-minute schedule. This means if you refresh a dashboard at 8AM, the data you are looking at is current up to 7:52AM.

Every time a user accesses the Voice Services, Messaging, or SmartFlows dashboards or clicks the reload button, the data is refreshed.
