How to Send Alerts from Single Widgets

Click the Bell icon near the top of a widget to send email alerts if the data in the widget meets certain parameters. A pop-up appears to set the parameters.

1. Select the measure (calls, minutes, etc.) you want to be alerted if it reaches greater than (or equal to), less than (or equal to), or equal to a certain number.
2. Enter the email addresses you want to be notified if the parameter is met. Enter a single email address or multiple addresses separated by commas.
3. Select the frequency you would like to be alerted (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), along with the time when the email should be received.
4. Click Save Alert.
